Well-seasoned, heavily smoked Andouille is more than a popular ingredient in Cajun dishes; it's a taste of St. John the Baptist Parish history, blending generations of French and German influences. Holly Lions of Jacob's World Famous Andouille will teach patrons about the rich history and preparation of Andouille. There will also be samples so you can taste the smoky flavor firsthand!
Five generations strong, Jacob's Andouille has been a local staple since the original N. Jacob's General Merchandise Store opened in Milesville (present day LaPlace) in 1928.
