Program Description

Event Details

Hem a little too long? Need to mend a ripped seam? Sewing is a useful skill to have, but many of us don't know the bobbin from the foot pedal. Beginners of all ages are welcome to learn from local seamstress/educator Terri Jacob as she guides us through the basics of sewing.

The library has thread and a couple of sewing machines on hand. Participants are encouraged to bring their own sewing machine and sewing kits with scissors, a seam gauge, and pins, if possible.

If you are no longer able to attend, please cancel your registration or contact the library to allow others the opportunity to participate.
