Visit the Finding Our Roots African American Mobile Museum - Rescheduled for Feb. 22

Established in 2023 by Margie Scoby, the Finding Our Roots African American Mobile Museum contains exhibits, artifacts, and memorabilia that detail Black history in Southeast Louisiana. St. John the Baptist Parish residents are invited to experience this unique cultural attraction at no cost when the museum visits the LaPlace Branch at the Norris J. Millet Sr. Library (2920 Highway 51) from 10 a.m. to 2:30 p.m. on Saturday, February 22.
