Event Details

Young Rembrandts is partnering with St. John the Baptist Parish Library to offer weekly drawing classes at all branches, designed to help children ages 6 to 13 explore their creativity and enhance academic skills. Participants will explore a variety of drawing techniques, including cartooning, elementary art skills, and themed workshops, all designed to improve fine motor skills, concentration, and confidence. Space is limited. Registration is preferred, but walk-ins are accepted based on availability. 

Today's Lesson: Rainbow Giraffe

This drawing features a giraffe with an introduction to abstract coloring. The unique spotting pattern helps encourage our use of multiple colors to create contrast.
