This flexible conference room space has tables, chairs, and digital displays to support up to 16 individuals. When not reserved as a meeting space, this can be used as a game room with PS5, X-Box, and Nintendo Switch systems.
Meeting room hours are from 9 a.m. to 7:15 p.m. If you need to reserve the meeting room between 9 a.m. and 10 a.m. or between 6:15 p.m. and 7:15 p.m., please include a note in the special requirements field of your reservation or contact Lillian LeBlanc at lleblanc@stjohnlib.com. Please note, set-up time is not available before the Library opens at 9 a.m.
