Visit the Reserve Branch and enjoy low-impact fitness activities. We will offer a beginner's class each Wednesday at 10 AM where we will follow along various videos for whole body fitness, focusing on topics such as walking, sitter-cise, line dancing, and strength exercises.
Starting next month, Whole Body Wellness will be held at 10 AM every Wednesday in Reserve.
