Visit the Reserve Branch and be engaged in life changing, low-impact fitness activities. We will offer a beginner's class each Wednesday at 10 AM where we will follow along various videos for whole body fitness, focusing on topics such as walking, sitter-cise, line dancing, and strength exercises. As classes progress, we will gradually incorporate exercise bands and bigger movements. Join us as we embark on this fitness journey together.
