Visit the Reserve Branch every Wednesday at 10 AM to enjoy low-impact fitness activities. We will offer a beginner's class where we will follow along various videos for whole body fitness, focusing on topics such as walking, sitter-cise, line dancing, and strength exercises. Participants assume responsibility for any potential risks associated with physical activities. 

This session of Whole Body Wellness will be led by fitness instructor Dana Hayes (The Hayes Way LLC).
