This class is for English speakers beginning their journey into the Spanish language spoken in Latin America. In this class, we will use a library resource to follow lessons on basic vocabulary and phrases.

Gardening is a wholesome and healthy activity for the whole family, as many people already know. Come learn at the library how to save your own seeds and cuttings, or how to begin planting if you're new to horticulture.

Step into the laser lab, where science, design, and creativity collide! In this hands-on STEM workshop, teens will explore the world of laser technology while designing and engraving their own LED acrylic light-up displays.

This program will focus on learners who have mastered basic Spanish grammar and vocabulary and are ready to expand their language skills for more confident, spontaneous communication.

Join us for beginner's tech classes every Thursday in LaPlace. Students will learn basic computer skills, such as hand placement, hardware familiarity, Internet search, email use, etc.
