Event Details
Visit the Reserve Branch every Wednesday at 10 AM to enjoy low-impact fitness activities. We will offer a beginner's class where we will follow along various videos for whole body fitness, focusing on topics such as walking, sitter-cise, line dancing, and strength exercises.
We will start with beginner friendly routines and gradually move to incorporating exercise bands and bigger movements. This will allow patrons to condition the heart and joints for cardiovascular health and flexibility with joints. There will be open discussion and a suggestion box to share any ideas the patron may have for consideration to improve our program.
Participants assume responsibility for any potential risks associated with physical activities.
