Come join us at the Reserve Library and engaged in life changing fitness activities. We will begin our sessions with a beginners' class each Wednesday morning at 10 a.m. We will be using different videos such as Walk A Mile, Sittercise, Line Dancing and Strength exercises for the whole body fitness. 

As classes progress, we will gradually incorporate exercise bands and bigger movements. This will allow patrons to condition their bodies for cardiovascular health and flexibility with joints. There will be open discussion and a suggestion box to share any ideas the patron may have for consideration to improve our program.

Participants assume responsibility for any potential risks associated with physical activities. 

Community Connections: A special session of Whole Body Wellness will be led by volunteer Dana Hayes (The Hayes Way LLC) on August 13th.
